Legit loan apps in the Philippines

These are the 153 online lending apps in our records that we can match to a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines, and that are not named in any SEC advisory we hold. Tap any app to see the operating company, its SEC registration number and the date we last checked it.

Registered means lawful to operate and accountable to the SEC. It is not an endorsement, and it says nothing about interest rates or collection conduct. LegitLend PH is an independent information resource — not a lender, not affiliated with the SEC, and we never process loan applications.

Questions borrowers ask about legit loan apps

What makes a loan app legit in the Philippines?
Three things, all issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission: the company must be SEC-registered, it must hold a Certificate of Authority to operate as a lending or financing company, and the app itself must be recorded on the SEC's list of online lending platforms. An app that satisfies all three is lawful to operate — that is not a promise of fair pricing or good conduct.
Does being on this list mean the app is safe to borrow from?
No. This list records legal status only. A registered lender can still charge rates you cannot afford. Registration means the company is accountable to a regulator you can complain to, which an unregistered app is not.
Paano malalaman kung legit ang lending app?
Search the app name here to see the operating company and its SEC registration number, then confirm it yourself on the SEC's official list of recorded online lending platforms. If the app cannot name a registered company behind it, treat it as unregistered.
How often is this list updated?
Each entry carries its own last-verified date, shown on the app's page. Our records are maintained by hand and can lag behind official SEC updates, so the SEC website is always the authority.
